. But there's something different when you are visiting the island of Nusa Penida. Bali Island in the southeastern part of this turns out to have a similar green hills in the movie 'Teletubbies'. Awesome!
When I visited a friend in Denpasar, suddenly the idea to visit the island in the southeast of Bali. There are 3 islands there is Nusa Lembongan, Nusa Ceningan, and most of it is Nusa Penida. We headed there by ferry from the port of Padang Bai.
In addition to the ticket price is cheap, we can also take a motorcycle. I and others also spend time traveling for an hour with this ferry. Nusa Penida Island tend barren. For rice, the community bought from Bali.
Plants that can be found in almost all parts of the island are cashew and Duwet. In some places we also see monkeys, but they're still afraid to meet people. Here, almost every home has wells to hold water.
We circled the island from the east, southeast, south, and then back to the port in 4 days 3 nights. The original plan, just stay one night, but alas, the charm of the island is forcing us to stay longer.
Because there's only inn in the port area (Sampalan and Toyapekeh), so we stay at home residents. Take it easy, they are very friendly-to us.
Many beaches are nice and quiet. Wandering in the hills is also not less interesting. The place that I liked in the area and Batukandik Tanglad. In Tanglad, mounts, like the movie 'Teletubbies'. Moreover, from here looks views towards the island of Lombok.
While in the temple there Batukandik, scenic hills and the roads here are very beautiful. Even on the last day before we left, seen towering Mount Agung. Pretty!
